Overview

ReflectZen is designed as a private wellness and habit-coaching app. We collect the information needed to operate accounts, subscriptions, app features, customer support, analytics, and crash reporting.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the app, ReflectZen may process your email address, account identifier, subscription status, purchase information, habit titles, habit check-ins, reflections, settings, app usage events, diagnostics, and support messages.

Camera and Facial Coach

Facial Coach uses on-device camera and face-tracking capabilities to guide expression-based exercises. ReflectZen does not record, upload, or store raw camera photos or videos. Facial expression processing is intended to happen on your device.

Third-Party Services

ReflectZen may use trusted service providers for authentication, database storage, analytics, crash reporting, subscriptions, and paywall presentation, including Firebase, RevenueCat, and Superwall. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy practices.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide app functionality, sync your account, manage subscriptions, restore purchases, improve reliability, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate product performance.

Data Retention

We retain account and app data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request account deletion from within the app where available.

Children

ReflectZen is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
