Include These Details
When possible, include your device model, iOS version, app version, what you were trying to do, and any screenshots that show the issue.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions and refunds are managed by Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription from your Apple ID subscription settings. In the app, use Settings > Restore Purchases if premium access does not appear after subscribing.
Emergency Support
ReflectZen does not provide crisis support or emergency services. If you are in immediate danger or may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services immediately.
