Acceptance

By using ReflectZen, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

Wellness Use Only

ReflectZen is a wellness and self-coaching tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not a substitute for professional mental-health care, crisis support, or emergency services.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Use accurate information and do not misuse the service.

Subscriptions

ReflectZen may offer auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple's in-app purchase system. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

Your Content

You retain responsibility for the habits, reflections, notes, and other content you enter. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected portions of the app, bypass subscription controls, or use ReflectZen in a way that violates applicable law or harms others.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
